Shift Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Shift Leader to join our team at One Stop. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the team to deliver a seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Ensure the store is always clean, tidy, and well-presented.
- Replenish products in a timely manner to meet customer demand.
- Manage queues and provide excellent customer service.
- Support the Store Manager in managing absence and ensuring the store is staffed appropriately.
- Monitor and action internal communications to ensure all colleagues are informed.
- Co-ordinate colleagues to meet the needs of customers and the operations of the store.
- Balance time across service and replenishment areas of the store.
- Actively support the Store Manager in managing absence and ensuring return to work interviews are conducted.
- Build meaningful relationships with Area Manager and People Partner.
