North West (nationwide travel may be required)
**Hours**:
09:00am - 17:00pm (Monday to Friday) - Working away from home may be a requirement
**Do you have experience within business support where you have been responsible for ensuring the end users are consistently working in line with expectations and processes during any project delivery?**

**Responsibilities**:
- Be the face of change and a key contact for the operations and all centralised functions/teams across all projects and change initiatives throughout the business.
- Building a support network for your region to remain successful after a period of change
- Ability to track trends and change your approach where needed to be able to support branches achieve their expected Key Performance Indicators
- Maintain and hold monthly calls with your stakeholders to give an overview of progress and areas where we can improve
- Ability to conduct regular branch sustainability checks to ensure that processes are being conducted effectively
- Understand and be involved in the development and management of processes and corresponding documentation
- Supporting the System Implementation Team during times of high-volume activity, including conducting full implementations
- Adapting to the different requirements to ensure processes are being followed
- Work with internal stakeholders to establish their requirements and ensure these are aligned with the business requirements
- Ensure that all project milestones are achieved
- Being the central point for additional coaching to branches for all systems
- Work alongside other teams to assist in data, trend analysis and bespoke requirements
- Guiding and supporting the Operational Teams on their new journey on the Model Branch platform in preparation for transition to new systems
- Providing on-site support and help for newly trained employees

- Ability to positively influence stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of a project outcomes
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills with all levels of stakeholders
- Logical and efficient
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to working scenarios
- Solid understanding of customer service principles and practice
- Experience of working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Very strong organisational and time management skills, able to demonstrate the ability to work to deadlines while working in a high-pressure environment without the need for constant supervision.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to produce high quality process/training documentation
- As such you will have full accountability for the success of your own work and need to be self-motivated and driven to succeed whilst working as part of a geographically disparate team
**A full UK driving licence is a required**
