**Job Outline**

Having successfully proved that people can effectively work remotely, we envisage that the successful applicant will be predominantly based at home but will be required to meet up with the team online weekly.

Through our training you will learn and take responsibility for:

- Timesheets
- Payroll administration
- Invoicing
- Credit control
- Account reconciliation
- General administration
- Sending post
- Dealing with day-to-day queries

**Tasks - Daily**

Account reconciliation

Checking incoming and outgoing cash flow

Answering telephone

Tasks - Weekly

Logging payroll journals

Processing workers timesheets

Raising invoices

Tasks - Monthly

Collating and presenting monthly accounts such as Profit & Loss

Tasks - After probation

Creating budgets

What we are looking for from you:

- Educated to minimum of A level with no less than 8 x GCSE’s at Grade 5 (C) or above.
- Ability to demonstrate a real and genuine interest in health and social care.
- Essential Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken GCSE English, Grade 5 (C) or above
- Basic numeracy - GCSE, Grade 5 (C) or above
- Good understanding of social media channels
- Organizational skills
- Good time management
- Telephone confidence
- Use of Microsoft office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher
- Successfully complete Enhanced DBS certificate

**Desirable Skills**

Experience of accounting and payroll systems.
