**Job Description Summary**:
Are you a highly organized, customer focused Facilities Coordinator looking to join a growing team and enjoy developing and implementing new processes?

Here at STEMCELL Technologies we are looking for a new Senior Facilities Coordinator to join the department. This new position will be a key player in managing facilities requests as we expand our footprint and grow our teams.

As part of the facilities team, you will be responsible for end to end coordination of facilities usage, facilities ticketing systems, and workspace booking software. You would be working closely with facilities engineers to keep multiple sites running smoothly and safely while focused on customer service levels and continuous improvement.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Lead administrator of workspace booking software (Jira) including reporting of metrics and supporting the daily needs relating to our global facilities including interfacing with employees regarding the facilities ticketing system and workspace booking software
- Contribute to standardization of user experiences and coordinate services between internal stakeholders and external contractors/service providers
- Lead administrative support within the Facilities Operations Department including scheduling of meetings, minutes taking and drafting presentations, management of shared inbox, tracking and communicating recurring Facility related fees, and monitoring permit/license contract expiry dates as required
- Conduct and report on regular audits of Facilities to ensure ongoing safety and cleanliness, troubleshoot issues rapidly with known solutions and escalate recommendations to resolve new issues

**Qualifications**
- Post secondary degree or certification is nice to have, but not mandatory with the right prior work experience
- 2 - 6 years of experience in Facilities Coordination ideal
- Customer Service focused with strong organization and problem solving skills
