**Scope of Role**

One of the world’s leading sustainable product manufacturers, Kingspan is a market leader within GB. You will be required to operate at a range of levels within our sector from homeowners, house builders, major contractors, regional and national builder’s merchants. It is essential that Kingspan offers premium products and premium customer service. This is a primarily product focused role covering all AquaCore surface water management products. Additionally, you will be required to support management and ASM’s with figure reports when needed. You must operate to the highest standards specifying and selling ethical solutions that meet both the customer’s needs and the companies profit aspirations.

**Compliance**
- Cooperating with and support the compliance management system and encouraging personnel to do the same.
- Developing personnel awareness of product compliance obligations.
- Actively participate in corrective actions from concerns or internal audits.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Play an active role in the development of the Kingspan Product Range, particularly the Aquacore Range-Separators, Attenuation/Sustainable Urban Drainage System (SUDS) and Associated Product.
- Following up quotes to secure orders.
- Receive, code, acknowledge and liaise with Customer Service to process incoming sales orders
- Make outgoing proactive sales calls to both existing and potential customers.
- Grow sales revenue with both new and existing Surface Water Customers.
- Achieve both individual and national sales targets.
- Proactively promote and sell Kingspan Service products e.g commissioning and contracts.
- Log and maintain all enquiries for Aquacore range and report monthly.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure customers needs are met, i.e. production/engineering.
- With the Surface Water Team and Line Manager identify new routes to market and/or opportunities to grow specification.
- Report activity, trends or competitor information to TL.
- Report monthly various elements of general commercial activity, KPI’s including call stats, enquiries, quotes won/lost, sales pipeline.
- Support management and ASM’s with figure reports when needed.
- Maintain a high level of credibility with customers to ensure the best possible support and service for Kingspan.
- Perform other reasonable related duties as required.

**Person Specification**
- Essential_
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- GCSE or equivalent Maths & English
- Experience in selling techniques and negotiating skills
- IT literate and good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Full UK driving License
- Works well under pressure
- Excellent team player
- Excellent telephone manner
- Well organised
- Self motivated
- Resilient
- Able to excel within a demanding sales environment
- Desirable_
- Understanding of both company and competitor products
- Previous experience in the Waste Water off mains industry
- Sage system
