We are a company that are engaged in housebuilding activities within the construction industry and are seeking an Accounts Administrator to join our team to assist with the functioning of our accounts office.
**Responsibilities**:
- Purchase Ledger
- Sub-Contractor Ledger
- Cash book
- Contracts Ledger
- Sales Ledger
**Additional requirements**:
- Preparation and execution of weekly and monthly payment runs, to include all invoicing and payment checks
- Bank reconciliations
- Submission of reports to HMRC
- Liasing with suppliers, subcontractors and site management regarding invoice queries
- Scheduing and organising after-sales maintenance
**Experience**:
- 3 years in a similar job role
- Knowledge of construction industry useful, but not essential
**Salary**: £27,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
