**Job Duties**:

- Responsible for credit card bank accounts reconciliation.
- Balancing daily takings from store branches.
- Preparing bank lodgements.
- Responsible for bank reconciliation of our online sales.
- Processing invoices, preparing supplier payments, and handling associated queries.
- Maintain accurate filing system for invoices/statements.
- Assist with general accounts and banking duties.

**Required Experience**:

- Have strong confidentiality and integrity in all aspects of the accounts department.
- At least 2 years previous experience in a company accounts function.
- Excellent IT skills specifically Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Experience using Sage 50. (Desired but not Essential as training will be given)
- Strong communication skills.

This is a Permanent Part-time position working alongside one other staff member in our busy accounts office. The position will consist of approximately 16-20 hours per week and worked between the hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday.

Extra hours available in busy periods.

This position has an immediate start date.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 18 per week

**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
- bookkeeping: 1 year (required)
