We are on the lookout for a friendly and experienced home carer, ready to improve the lives of vulnerable in their own homes. You will help them getting around, provide day to day support, help preparing meals, providing emotional support, as well as helping their families adapt to new challenges.

**Responsibilities**:

- Helping people carry out their daily activities in line with individual care plans - Promoting independence, dignity and choice
- Emotional and social support
- Liaising with family members and health care providers
- Updating care records to reflect changing needs and preferences
- Flexible working within a rota set by the service manager

**Requirements**:

- 6 month’s experience as a senior support worker, ideally working in services caring for people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, or mental health needs
- Willingness to work above and beyond to maintain our high standards - Good standard of verbal and written English
- Full UK driving licence & own transport (Desired)
- Care Certificate (Desired)
- Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care (Desired)

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 40 per week
