Job description

This post is be based in the Housing & Neighbourhood’s Tenancy Enforcement & Sustainment Team.

This role is to provide specialist professional tenancy management advice, guidance and support for internal teams and external agencies dealing with complex, vulnerable households.
- You provide case management for the most complex tenancy management cases referred by Neighbourhood teams, particularly those requiring legal action.
- You will develop and deliver training including reviewing and updating training packages in relation to sign up, quittings, tenancy management, safeguarding and Housing+.
- You will to use existing Council policies, experience and judgement to evaluate options and determine an appropriate course of action for complex tenancy management cases.

Full-time employees work 37 hours for 52 weeks of the year and we offer a generous holiday entitlement. We are open to discussions about a wide range of flexible working opportunities which benefit you and the Council, including reduced hour contracts, working part time or as a job share.
