**Job Role**:Receptionist

**Responsible to: Managment**

**Shift Pattern**: ONLY TUESDAYS & FRIDAYS 9.00 AM - 17.30PM

**Main duties**:

- To provide the Managers and staff with administrative support and reception service
- To support tenants in dealing with queries and administrative tasks to support needs
- To ensure an adequate supply of stock is maintained in the office and to keep accurate records relating to this.

**Key Tasks**

To develop and sustain positive working relationships with the Managers, colleagues in the teams, and across the company, and to keep them up-to-date on information relating to the day-to-day running of the projects by way of;
- answer telephone calls
- take and relay messages
- provide information to callers
- greet persons entering the organisation
- deal with queries from the public and customers
- ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of the organisation
- general administrative and clerical support
- prepare letters and documents
- receive and sort mail and deliveries
- schedule appointments
- maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
- organise meetings
- tidy and maintain the reception area

To work within Aspects policies and procedures at all times and undertake any other tasks consistent with the objectives of this post, and commensurate with the grade.

This job description is indicative of the range of current duties and responsibilities for the post, it is not comprehensive. The duties will inevitably change to reflect organisational change, and it is essential therefore that is regarded with a degree of flexibility so that changing needs and circumstances can be met. All changes will be discussed with the post holder.

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**

Minimum 2 years admin/office experience.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.44-£11.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- No weekends
