Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join a fast paced and rapidly growing client of ours based in Stamford.

As Project Coordinator you will work to support the Project and Data Manager in all aspects of project management for the wider business.

You will be joining a busy, vibrant office who are looking to grow their team with likeminded, ambitious individuals and continue to dominate their market.

**Principle Responsibilities for the Project Coordinator:

- **
- Coordinating project management activities, resources and information
- Breaking projects into doable actions and set timeframes, chasing other stakeholders where necessary.
- Present and potentially train stakeholders, partners and the internal teams on new tools.
- Liaising with partners and stakeholders to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives with the help of the Data and Projects manager
- Collaborating with internal teams where relevant and communicating effectively to keep all stakeholders in the loop with progress of some projects
- Highlighting any risks and opportunities through regular reporting and analysis of data, metrics and KPI’s relating to projects
- Monitoring project progress and handling any issues that arise
- Acting as a point of contact to communicate project status to all participants
- Working with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Undertaking tests on project deliverables
- Day to day administrative tasks within our CRM system and maintaining previous projects by communicating any updates and problem solving any issues

**Person specification:

- **
- Highly organised, including multitasking, prioritisation and time-management
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate where necessary.
- Empathetic and understanding of business requirements with the ability to translate these into project requirements.
- Collaborative nature with experience of working as part of a team.
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
- Confident user of Microsoft Excel including formulas and data manipulation
- Ability to pick up new systems quickly.
- Able to train other users on new processes or systems where relevant.
- Comfortable operating within a fast paced and high-pressure environment
- Adaptable to change.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Solution driven, a confident problem solver.

This is a **full time permanent Project Coordinator** position,
**Monday to Friday 9am-5pm**,
offering an annual salary of between **£25,000 to £29,000** (potentially more) depending on experience.
