Project Architect

Our client, a reputable architectural practice based in Stamford are seeking a talented Project Architect to join their expanding team. This exciting role is aimed toward a forward thinking Architect who is keen to progress alongside our client. Our clientuse both a mix of AutoCAD and Revit on their projects which are primarily in the residential, education and commercial sectors.

On many projects our client act as lead consultant, coordinating the design team and liaising with other professionals, including structural engineers, mechanical and electrical consultants and quantity surveyors to provide a complete design package theseprojects are a range of new builds, refurbishments and extensions. They also provide a successful and expanding property management service. Here, you'll have the opportunity to see a wide range of projects through from concept to completion. The successfulProject Architect should ideally have a good knowledge of Revit software as well as AutoCAD.

**Project ArchitectPosition Overview**
- Working with client to create a brief
- Produce feasibility, planning and detailed drawings
- Conduct site inspections
- Work alongside a multi-disciplinary team
- Involved in a variety of projects within the Residential, Education and Commercial sector
- Using initiative on projects and when developing the business needs
- Producing project details from concept design through to detailed construction information and specifications.
- Attendance at Design Team, Client, local authority and other meetings as appropriate or making site visits when needed
- Using Revit / AutoCAD to produce drawings

**Project ArchitectPosition Requirements**
- Good knowledge of either Revit or AutoCAD (Both advantageous)
- ARB Registered Architect
- Experience within either the residential or commercial or education sectors preferred
- Motivated and hard working
- Ability to work independently
- Good knowledge of building regulations
- Live within a commutable distance of Stamford

- Competitive salary (£38,000 - £48,000 DOE)
