Medical School Team Leader

Negotiates with clinicians and academic to staff to achieve the best use of the teaching space in Clinical Skills Resource Area when conflicting space requests arise. Negotiates and books additional teaching space at UEA or at NNUH when sessions overflow CSRA. Attends Personal Information Group (NNUH) as a representative of the Clinical Skills Resource Area. Analyses feedback relating to secondary care, and in conjunction with the Deputy Operations Manager, AMD (UG Ed) and Clinical Skills Director, identifies/clarifies problematic issues and generates action plans for their resolution.
