Customer Service Administrator

Ealing, United Kingdom Reed Business Support Full time

In this role you will be expected to oversee the customer service function for the company. You will be working alongside the sales, marketing, and warehouse teams to create the best customer service experience for clients.

Duties to include:

- Opening client accounts
- Sending out sales collateral and product samples
- Updating the CRM system with notes of phone calls
- Working closely with Marketing on special offers to encourage new business.
- Creation of quotes, pro-forma invoices and sales invoices.
- Processing of payments via the phone.
- Liaising with Warehouse and Sales staff on the status of orders.

You must have previous customer service experience.

Skills Required:

- Professional telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Results driven
- Ability to work to targets and reach tight deadlines

This role will be office based and working hours are 8.45am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.Parking is also available
