Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Manage facilities issues and coordinate items where necessary
- Coordinate the services related to the facility including but not limited to cleaning, maintenance of air quality, heating, fire suppression and alarms
- Track office supplies and place orders as needed with approval,
- Manage any visitor attendance where necessary
- Support employees with locker assignments and clear office desk policies
- Maintenance of key holder log (register)
- Participate in site EH&S requirements, first aider information, external auditor programmes and corporate governance
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

General tasks
- Strict compliance with the quality, occupational safety and environmental regulations.
- Implementation of the instructions of the quality / environmental management representative and the occupational safety specialist.

Required Experience, Education, Skills and Competencies
- Experience as an office administrator, shipping and purchasing knowledge of processes and facility security
- Planning and Organising skills
- Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail, flexible and reliable
- Working knowledge of MS Office and office management software

- None

Physical Requirements
- Working conditions are normal for office and machining activities
