HR Lead

**The role**
Our newly created HR Lead will be responsible for supporting our people, leading our recruitment and onboarding processes, supporting learning & development and training compliance.
You will be responsible for supporting our leadership and management teams who in turn manage 70 employees across the group.

This role would suit an experienced HR professional looking to join an ambitious and dynamic company who have experienced significant growth in the last 12 months.
**Required experience and skills**
- Thorough understanding of human resources principles, practices, and procedures.
- Familiarity with relevant employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements, particularly those pertinent to apprenticeship schemes.
- Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies
- Ability to communicate with employees effectively at all levels
- Experiene in the creation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures
- Experience managing HR records
- Support leaders to manage employee benefits and salary structures
- Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and their significance in cultivating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
**Key Responsibilities and Duties**
- Oversee the onboarding process for new staff, ensuring they receive proper orientation, training, and support.
- Manage employee relations, including addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Design and deliver training programmes to support the professional development and skills enhancement of staff.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding and other statutory duties
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and standards, maintaining accurate documentation.
- Administer employee benefits programmes and manage salary packages in alignment with organisational policies and budget.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support the organisation's mission and goals.
- Continuously evaluate HR processes and practices, identifying areas for improvement and implementing initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
