Administrator / Resourcer

**Job Description**:
Pertemps West Bromwich are recruiting for a Branch Administrator/ Resourcer to join our team in West Bromwich town centre.
Hours are Monday to Friday 0800 - 1730 with one hour lunch break. Hours can be flexible if required.
Pay rate is £10.50 per hour.
Duties are below but not limited to:
Answering telephone calls and forwarding to the relevant department
Taking messages for consultants and passing along information
Assisting with registration packs
Ordering stationery and PPE for the office
Identify new business opportunities and refer onto a Recruitment Consultant
Excellent telephone manner
Excellent customer Service
Collaborative team working style, with the ability to proactively offer support
Ability to learn new skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to plan ahead
Self-motivated
Proactive
Flexible
Efficient
Highly organised
**Experience**:
Worked in an admin role in a service environment
Meeting deadlines and targets
Accurate data inputting
Ability to create Excel spreadsheets
