_**Payroll & HR Administrator**_
- **Working a 27.5 hour week - Hours to be agreed provisionally 9.00am to 3.00pm (Mon/Tues/Wed/Thur/Fri) £20,000.00 per annum**_
- Payroll processing on Sage 50 cloud payroll
- Pension processing (Nest Pension)
- Knowledge of Excel for processing bonus requirements
- Setting new employees up onto clock-in machine
- Amending clock-in information when required
- Carrying out induction process for new personnel
- Processing confidential paperwork ie. Contracts of employment/pension enrolment/disciplinary paperwork/disciplinary meetings
- Using indeed to advertise for job vacancies
- Liaising with managers with regards to personnel updates
- Updating reception on daily basis with regards to personnel
- Issuing PPE to employees

Basic Requirements: Previous payroll experience, a good understanding of human resources, good written and verbal communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and good data entry skills. Finally a minimum of two years experience in a similar role.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 18 per week

**Salary**: £14.00 per hour
