**Purpose of the Role**

The Customer & Community Liaison Manager will represent Magna Park/Landowners and be responsible for liaising and communicating with Magna Park Customers, the local community, local businesses, schools/colleges along with maintaining the relationship with Harborough District Council and local parish councils. This role will also support the Estate Manager in all duties and responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Main Duties**

Be the ‘face’ of Magna Park within the local community to develop and maintain strong community links.

Develop excellent lines of communication with all Occupiers, and the owners of Magna Park Lutterworth.

Lead by example.

Adhere to all key performance indicators as set out in the Management Agreement between the owner and Savills.

Establish links with local businesses to obtain and promote discount opportunities for colleagues on Magna Park.

To be the principal point of contact with education establishments in the local area to communicate park updates, career and event opportunities.

During landowner development periods liaise with Contractors to engage in schools initiatives and support.

Attendance at Magna Park Forums - HR Forum, Facilities Forum and Community Liaison Group

Along with the Estate Manager be a key point of contact for liaising with Harborough District Council, Lutterworth Town Council, local parish councils, LLEP and CLEAR

Identify regular volunteering activities/events with businesses and the local community
- To assist the Estates Manager in maintaining service charge budget control and approving and coding of invoices as required.
- Assist the Estate Manager in the management and operation of the Estate to the very highest of professional standards.
- Be the principle lead contact for the Bus Services to/from Magna Park
- Be involved in new GLP initiatives or future community amenities provided by GLP
- Any other duties deemed necessary to deliver the job role.

**Staff Training and Development**

In liaison with the Estates Manager, the Customer & Community Liaison Manager will be responsible for:

- Ensuring all contracted staff are trained in site specific procedures including all elements of the site management for periods of leave.
- Utilising Savills Elearning facility for self-development and mandatory sessions
- Attend all Management Meetings and any other meetings as requested by the Asset Manager / Landlord.

**Specific Management Responsibilities**

Working alongside the Estate Manager
- Keep Savills/Owner fully informed of all management, community and customer activities.
- Ensure high levels of customer service are provided at all times.
- Attend monthly update meetings with the Landlord to provide customer and community updates
- Maintain accurate records of correspondence, lease information, contractors on site, file notes on all meetings with and any other relevant information that should be maintained to provide a proper audit trail.
- With the Estate Manager ensure that each occupier adheres to their lease and Tenant Rules and Regulations.
- Be fully conversant with all relevant health and safety legislation.
- Comply with all H&S Regulations

**Operations**

Working alongside the Estate Manager:
Implement all operational systems and procedures in accordance with the Standard Savills Operational Procedures and Systems Manual.

Maintain the Estate to the very highest of standards.

Minimise the Liability Risk exposure of the Owner.

Maintain all plant and equipment to the very highest of standards.

Ensure that all contractors satisfy the insurance requirements as required under the Savills Public Liability Policy.

Ensure that all operations and maintenance undertaken at the estate conforms with the WORK PLACE HEALTH AND SAFETY LEGISLATIVE requirements.

Ensure that all operations and maintenance undertaken at the development conform with any other relevant legislative requirement applicable to those tasks.

Ensure that all operations and maintenance undertaken by the estates contractors conforms with the specifications as agreed to between the estate and the contractor.

Keep up to date any Program Maintenance Schedule.

Prepared to be on call out of hours to assist the security team and contractors with any sprinkler activations.

Job Role may involve working in multi-based locations

**Public Relations**

Establish and maintain harmonious relationships with the local business community, schools, local authority and government authorities.

Promote ideas with local schools and colleges regarding bio diversity and environmental initiatives around the estate in partnership with the landscaping company.

To be the principle lead on keeping the Magna Park Website up to date

Organise events that will encompass the local community to view and work with magna park

With Estate Manager develop and deliver Savills Cureoscity Management App to all customers and colleagues on Magna Park
