We are seeking a Complaints & Conduct Administrator to work alongside our Complaints & Conduct Adviser to support activities associated with the student complaints and conduct processes and policies at BU including those aligned to Fitness to Practise, student discipline and student complaints, ensuring all tasks and responsibilities are carried out in line with BU student complaints and conduct policies and within stated policy deadlines. The postholder will also act as the first point of contact for student complaints.

The role is based within the Frontline Services Team that is managed within BU’s Student Services and the postholder will work very closely with faculty staff and Academic Services. There will be a particularly close working relationship with senior staff in the Faculty of Health and Social Sciences in relation to Fitness to Practice cases.

**This position does not meet the eligibility requirements for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker Route within the UK Visa and Immigration service’s **Points Based System**. Therefore, BU will not be able to sponsor individuals who require permission to work to carry out this position.**

**This post is available part-time for 22 hours per week (0.6 FTE) to be worked over 4-5 days per week to be agreed with postholder. Whilst set hours will be agreed to suit both parties, some flexibility will be required to ensure cover for hearings and key university activities.**
