Job Summary:
The purpose of this role is to ensure that all out of service vehicles are expedited back into service in order to maximise the number of sales opportunities for our clients. Protecting XPAuto and our clients from any unnecessary expense is paramount and is achieved by attributing any rectification costs to the appropriate party (insured, warranty etc.)

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide regular updates for all interested parties, primarily the client and respective XPAuto brand controller.
- Audit and control of the subcontracted valeting company’s computer system and daily monitoring of the data feed from CDMS to the subcontractor’s system to ensure accuracy.
- Audit and approve all invoices generated by this system to ensure accuracy.
- Schedule and expedite vehicles into approved repairers, monitor their progress and report any extraordinary delays, as appropriate.
- Complete a daily audit of the ‘due in’ list to ensure that reported damage is actioned and a full audit trail is in place.
- Create an individual file for each vehicle requiring body repairs.
- Obtain repair estimates and contact the party/parties responsible. Liaise with the insurance company and adhere to their requirements.
- Make the appropriate entry onto CDMS to clearly indicate the status of the vehicle to avoid bookings being placed on the vehicle while it is off road.

**Requirements**:
**Work Experience**

Minimum 1 years’ previous experience of working in an administrative role. (insurance)

Experience of working within a vehicle management environment.

**Qualifications/Skills**

Must have a thorough understanding of all repair and insurance claims procedures.

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, to all levels, both internally and externally.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Logical and methodical approach to tasks.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
