Private Care at the Royal Marsden Foundation Trust are looking for a new team member to join the Private Care Front of House Team as a Private Care Administrator to cover all areas of Front of House. The post holder will be responsible for providing reception, administration and customer service for all patients and relatives attending the Robert Tiffany in patient ward. The post holder will be working closely with the multi-disciplinary team, including nursing staff, medical staff, allied health professionals and other clerical staff both within the Private Care units and throughout the rest of the Trust. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring hospitality and housekeeping issues are attended to and are of highest standards.

The post holder will be expected to adopt a professional and caring attitude, offering patients and relatives a high standard of customer service, alongside colleagues with a polite and courteous manner in all aspects of communication. A uniform will be worn at all times to ensure a neat and professional appearance.

The post holder will be responsible for providing reception and customer service for all patients and relatives attending the Private Care Inpatient Wards and Private Care Outpatients Departments. The post holder will be working closely with the multi-disciplinary team, including nursing staff, medical staff, allied health professionals and other clerical staff both within the Private Care and throughout the rest of the Trust.

To The post holder will be responsible for ensuring hospitality and housekeeping issues are attended to and are of highest standards and will report any discrepancies to the Guest Relations Manager in the first instance.

The post holder will be expected to adopt a professional and caring attitude, offering patients and relatives a high standard of customer service, alongside colleagues with a polite and courteous manner in all aspects of communication. A uniform will be worn at all times to ensure a neat and professional appearance.

To undertake general office duties as required

To ensure that stationery and office equipment is used efficientl ensuring stock levels are maintained and ordering via the SBS service when required. Ensuring that any needs are brought to the attention of the Guest Relations Manager.

To work closely with all levels of medical/nursing, clinical support and administration staff on wards, admission and outpatient areas to ensure a high level of communication is maintained.

To ensure adequate and appropriate assistance is available to all patients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
