We're on the look out for a new Digital Marketing Specialist to join the Adventurize team and take on the responsibility of growing our online membership numbers across our two magazines, Adventure Bike Rider and Wired For Adventure. This is an exciting opportunity for any profit-driven marketer who is looking to take ownership of a project and make an impact.
The role will be targeted, your objective will be crystal clear, and you will earn commissions based on your performance. If you're looking for a marketing role where your success can be measured in a monetary value, this is it.
**What the role will involve**:
- Creating and implementing marketing plans to increase online membership to the Adventure Bike Rider and Wired For Adventure Online Library.
- Creating, launching, and maintaining sales funnels.
- Managing and running social media ad campaigns.
- Working with the rest of the team to launch new products.
- Compiling marketing reports to assess the effectiveness of the company's marketing activity.
- Writing and sending press releases.
**What we're looking for**:
- Strong copywriting skills.
- Must be a marketing graduate.
- A strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager.
- Competent at using Wordpress CMS.
- Excellent social media skills (Facebook and Instagram essential).
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
- Ability and willingness to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Highly creative mindset with a passion for marketing.
- Proactive and enthusiastic personality with a willingness to learn.
- Good business initiative and an ability to spot opportunities.
**About Adventurize**
Wired For Adventure is one of two brands owned by Adventurize. We are a media and events company based in Stratford upon Avon. Since the mid '90s we have published Adventure Travel magazine (now Wired For Adventure) and Adventure Bike Rider magazine.
As we move with the times, both of our media brands have developed strong, industry-leading social media and online presences. We also run an incredibly successful adventure motorcycling festival at Ragley Hall and are planning to introduce an Adventure Festival (to partner the Wired For Adventure brand) in 2023.
We are on an exciting journey and we're looking for the right person to join us for the ride.
**Salary**: Up to £30,000.00 per year
