Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to drive business growth and improve online visibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement content marketing plans that meet business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our digital marketing efforts remain effective and efficient.
- Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, analyzing data to inform future strategies and optimize results.
- Work closely with our digital marketing and lead generation teams to achieve short- and long-term targets, adopting a 'test and learn' approach to drive continuous improvement.
- Minimum two years of experience in a digital marketing agency environment, with a proven track record of success in SEO and content marketing.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and best practices for optimizing website performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for various audiences.
- Strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail, able to work autonomously and deliver high-quality results under pressure.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using industry tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEM Rush.
- 23-day holiday allowance excluding Bank Holidays.
