**Technical Administrator - Job Description**

**AMS on Behalf of Nationwide Building Society are looking an Admin in a technical project.**

This is a role working on a tech deployment project with the role out of devices for the business. This role will be working in the office in Northampton due to the nature of the role.

We're offering an **hourly rate of £14- £18 with a working schedule between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. This role is a full-time contract with a total of 35 hours per week.**

**Target Start Date: May 2023**

**About the role**:
This role sits within the IT Team, which is responsible for a variety of administration tasks including working alongside a current project of implementing and contributing to process improvement of current IT Infrastructure. In addition to learning about Nationwide’s Shared Technology Platforms and approach, there is an opportunity in this role to gain a wider understanding of all activity completed by the team. You will be over seeing the building of devices a process not a skill that is required.

**What you’ll be doing**

You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders where we provide excellent communication skills in handling enquiries and requests. We work in a team of analysts and engineers therefore you will complete a variety of administration tasks which may include however not limited you will be seeing the building of iPads for deployment.
- Communicating with internal and external Stakeholders including stakeholder management

**About you**

If you’ve got an administration background, if you’re a confident communicator and looking to take on a new challenge, this could be just the job for you. You’ll also be comfortable using a computer or laptop and hold previous experience with use of Outlook, Excel, MS Office and Microsoft Teams.
