Due to the continuous expansion of our business we are looking for someone to join our friendly team in our new office in central Guildford, just seconds from the High Street. If you are highly organised and have a genuine passion for weddings and our Mediterranean locations we’d love to hear from you. This is an office-based role with part time and flexible working hours.

**Responsibilities**
- Answer the phone and pass on calls to the relevant wedding consultants
- Distribute enquiries coming in from various sources including social media
- Manage and process all clients' wedding documentation
- Assist with wedding documentation enquiries
- Ensure all documents are accurate and reach destinations in a timely manner
- Keep our social media platforms up-to-date
- Assist the wedding team with brochures and support as required
- Provide support to the sales team with existing customers
- Arrange overseas inspection trips
- Take minutes from the office meetings
- Input supplier payments on cloud database
- Order stationery and any general items needed for the office / kitchen

**Requirements**:

- Essential: Minimum one year admin support experience in travel or events industry
- Essential: Social media management and customer service skills
- Essential: positive "can-do" attitude and passion for sales and weddings
- The desire to learn and ability to meet deadlines
- Good knowledge of our destinations
- Strong attention to detail
- MS office proficient and IT savvy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Resourceful and practical; can think on your feet and solve problems quickly and effectively

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From £8,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 14 per week

**Benefits**:
