**About the Trust**
Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is the leading provider of health and social care services for people of all ages with mental ill-health and learning disabilities in Surrey and north east Hampshire.
We also provide social care services for people with a learning disability in Croydon and ASD and
ADHD assessment services in Hampshire.
We deliver high quality care across our 140 services, all of which are registered with the Care Quality Commission. Individual treatment and support, which helps people work towards recovery, is at the heart of everything we do.
**What you’ll be responsible for**:
- Support clinical colleagues with effective co-ordination of main clinics and satellite clinics.
- Responsible for the timeliness, accuracy and integrity of data recorded on paper and electronic systems.
- Book and outcome clinic appointments on the Electronic Patient Record System (EPR).
- Audio and copy typing clinical and administrative documents in agreed formats and within specified timescales.
The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above
**You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust**:
- An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
- Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
- A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation
**You’ll have the following skills/experience**:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Packages e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Experience of working in an administrative role.
- Proficient in audio and copy typing with advanced keyboard skills.
- Previous work in an NHS or Healthcare environment.
