Our client a rapidly expanding and highly successful law firm is looking to appoint a Tax/Trust Administrator to join their Private Client team.
As a experienced Trust Administrator you will report directly to the Head of the Trust sub team, dealing with daily administration of the trusts to include:
Ensuring trusts adhere to strict compliance guidelines both internal and external
Registering trusts with HMRC
Managing client expectations regarding fees and timescales.
Updating clients on the progress of their case, keeping them updated throughout the process.
Advising trustees on their duties and responsibilities as trustees and to the beneficiaries
Preparing documentation such as drafting deeds
Attending update meetings both internal and external
Raising invoices and ensuring swift payment of funds
Keeping an accurate recording of time and ensure time recording targets are achieved
Completing IHT forms to cover exit charges and ten year anniversaries
Attending events to raise awareness of the business
This is an office based role and the hours of work are Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00

A client focused individual with excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Highly organised, with great time management
Excellent IT skills, including MS Office
Professional qualifications (STEP Foundation; STEP; ILEX;Solicitor) or relevant professional experience.
