A part-time vacancy for a self motivated, forward thinking Administrator has arisen within the Maidstone Admin Team to cover maternity leave. This is a fixed term contract for 40 weeks working 18 hours per week on Monday (9-5), Wednesday (9-5), Friday (9-12.00) with the potential to extend.

**The varied role of the Administrator will include**:
Providing a high quality of administration support the clinical members of the Community Mental Health Team and our Psychological Services Team.

There will be some contact with patients/carers/relatives and other external stakeholders.

Excellent communication interpersonal skills are also required

Other duties include

Assist with managing the generic admin inbox.

Take minutes of meetings.

Ordering of stationery and other items as required via SBS.

Be able to prioritise workloads and work to agreed timescales.

Provide a high level of administrative support to the Medical and Clinical team members

Provide good customer care service.

Occasionally you would be expected to deal with anxious clients.

You will have experience working with Word, Outlook and Excel.

You will be maintaining records on our RIO electronic system.

Maintaining confidentiality and processing confidential information.

Manage time effectively ensuring systems and processes are efficient.

You will need to produce high quality documents.
