**Bodyshop Administrator / Automotive Customer Service Advisor**

A brand-new opportunity for a large accident repair centre has become available. If you are Interested in working with luxury vehicles and want to work for a company which offers internal progression, recognition for hard work and a close-knit team, thenthis could be a great move for you.

This position for an Automotive Bodyshop Customer Service advisor / Bodyshop Administrator is an important role within the business, as you will be the first person that all customers deal with and so delivery of a first-class service is essential.

**As an Automotive Service Advisor / Bodyshop Administrator your role will include**:

- Handle calls from customers who have their vehicle booked in for repair with the centre
- Deal with customers coming into site and ensure their needs are identified and met
- Deal with all administration regarding all customer claims and documentation
- Ensure customer awareness of all products and services available
- Approach all customers and assist with requests, including requests regarding vehicle repairs
- Prepare job packs
- Update Autoflow bodyshop management system as required
- Handle dissatisfied customers calmly and all customer complaints to be brought to the attention of the Bodyshop Manager
- Initiate job documentation and maintain customer records and follow-up systems

**Experience Required: Automotive Customer Service Advisor / Bodyshop Administrator**
- You must have an excellent customer focused service background
- Ideally you will have worked in a Bodyshop / Accident repair centre or Dealership in a customer focused role
- You will have an excellent telephone manner and go above and beyond for all customers
