Administration Assistant/receptionist

**Responsibilities**:
- Managing all incoming calls including booking in appointments for customers
- Dealing with customers face to face whether they are paying their invoice or want a job booked in
- Managing spreadsheets relating to invoices and annual services and making sure customers receive their annual service reminder
- Typing invoices and any other administrative duties involved to support the day to day running of the office
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £17,000.00-£19,000.00 per year
