**What are we looking for?**

Can you see yourself providing outstanding support to our customers, including those with special education needs and disabilities (SEND), helping them to remove a variety of barriers to education, employment and training? Want to really make a difference? If so then we want to hear from you

We need a highly motivated Careers Advisers who will support vulnerable young people and adults including those with special education needs and disabilities (SEND) through providing career information, advice and guidance to those in statutory education, employment, unemployment or who are economically inactive, to secure sustained employment, education, or training outcomes.

The successful applicants will have the drive, determination and experience to engage people, raise their aspirations and increase their self-confidence. You will support customers including those with SEND to remove barriers, enabling them to secure a positive EET outcome. Joining our team in Nottingham you will develop partnerships in Special Schools, with Local education providers, with the Local Authority, and in the community to broker access to a range of support services and EET opportunities. It is important that you demonstrate a passion for working with harder to reach groups of customers and the motivation and skills to make a genuine difference for individuals and communities.
