We need three highly motivated Careers Advisers to work on our new Refugee Employability Programme (REP).

Have the drive, determination and experience to delivery tailored employability support and integration support to a caseload of customers who are Refugees.

You will support them to remove barriers, access support services and integrate into life within the United Kingdom, enabling them to secure a positive EET outcome.

Joining our team in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire and delivering across a variety of locations including Futures premises, community bases and through digital delivery, you will develop partnerships in the community and broker access to a range of support services and EET opportunities.

It is important that you demonstrate a passion for working with harder to reach groups of customers and the motivation and skills to make a genuine difference for individuals and communities. Join us in our belief that we’re here to enable access to unlimited possibilities.

Applicants will need to be bi/multilingual with a focus on speaking Farsi, Pashto, Arabic, Kurdish or French
