**Salary**:£27,250 - £30,500 (Grade 5) - pro-rata for part time

We need eight highly motivated Careers Advisers to support people aged 13 and above through providing career information, advice and guidance to those in statutory education, employment, unemployment or who are economically inactive, to secure sustained employment, education, or training outcomes. The successful applicants will have the drive, determination and experience to engage people, raise their aspirations and increase their self-confidence. You will support them to remove barriers, enabling them to secure a positive EET outcome. Joining our team in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire and delivering across a variety of locations including Futures premises, community bases, schools and through digital delivery, you will develop partnerships in the community and broker access to a range of support services and EET opportunities. It is important that you demonstrate a passion for working with harder to reach groups of customers and the motivation and skills to make a genuine difference for individuals and communities.
