Are you our future Sales Administrator?
The primary role of this position is to provide a proactive administration service to the Head of Sales and Sales Team Account Managers, ensuring all tasks requested are handled in a timely and professional manner and working with the Operations assistant to ensure all sales orders are processed efficiently from receipt to dispatch in a timely and professional manner.
Your key tasks will include
**Order Processing**
- Work with Operations Assistant to ensure all incoming sales orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Customer communications - confirming orders and responding to queries where required
- Setting up new customers on the system - ensuring data is recorded accurately and all necessary information is captured.
- Ensure that customer notes & pricing is up to date on all systems
**Sales Admin**
- Generating system reports for sales team as requested
Running daily reports for sales team performance as requested by Head of Sales
- Assisting sales team with admin related to new customer contracts
- Sending out mailings (letters/packages) as requested by the sales team
- Assist other departments with sales data requirements
- Assist team leader with follow-up of pipeline of opportunities.
**General Admin Duties**
- Answer incoming calls & direct to the relevant department.
- Meeting & welcoming visitors.
- Main point of contact for fulfilling admin duties for Sales
- Support Head Of Sales with any tasks requested in a timely manner
- Facilitating of all meetings requested by Head Of Sales for taking minutes & follow up on action points to ensure accountability is maintained.
- Follow up manager for sales team (Action points, opportunities, project deadlines)
**Skills required**
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and able to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
- Strong working knowledge of Excel.
- Experience of ERP systems
- Ambitious and wanting to continually develop and prove your ability.
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Incredible people skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to commute/relocate: Norwich, Norfolk: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience: Sales administration: 3 years (preferred)
