A bit about the role...
To create and present the Technical Excellence strategy in our global self-serve markets and partners that enables launch, growth and excellence in execution for technical service. This role leads the Technical Excellence workstream for new propositions to enable launch and growth of Costa Coffee globally. It’s important to work in close collaboration with key stakeholders such as Product Managers, PLCM, Proposition Project managers, Brand Excellence, Systems & data and training teams to maximise compliance for all new and existing propositions. The requirements to be successful at this role are:

- Ensure any changes that affect technical service are deployed effectively across all markets.
- Ensure Technical Excellence KPI's, SLA's and the cascade of information is consistent and applied in all markets.
- Develop and implement a platform for Technical excellence performance monitoring and review.
- Assess and report compliance to the Technical Excellence model and escalate issues when required.
- Service Excellence Performance & Improvement
- Ensure training delivery meets technical service needs
- Launch new propositions guidelines
