As Aggreko Energy Services (AES) Team Administrator you will provide the cohesion between all team members, team activities and be the admin link with customers and suppliers.
- Your role will provide the cohesion between all team members and team activities. You will coordinate schedules and meetings and assist in the preparation of team documents and promotional materials. The team works remotely but meets regularly, you will coordinate and book travel arrangements. You will provide the admin link between the team and its suppliers and process orders and payments. Finally, you will contribute to a positive team culture by assisting with onboarding new team members.
**Responsibilities**:
- Managing team schedules, appointments, and meetings including taking minutes and coordinating post-meeting actions.- Assisting with the preparation of AES reports, presentations, and promotional and website materials (all in alignment with Aggreko standards).-
- Manage team documents and the SharePoint folder and coordinate updates to key team documents and policies, including risk and management reporting.-
- Assist the team with travel plans and booking (including internationally) and manage team expense budgets.-
- Help create an inclusive culture by onboarding new team members with the very best support.-
- Performing general administrative tasks, onboarding suppliers, ordering services and processing invoices and act as a liaison between the team and other departments or stakeholders within the organizationKey performance indicators:
- AES team produces high standard team and promotional materials that align with Aggreko standards.-
- New supplier processes complied with a minimise invoices received without purchase order in place.-
- AES Sharepoint site is well managed and simple to navigate.-
- New team member onboarding is successful and mandatory training complied with.-
- AES meetings and travel arrangements allow time and cost-efficient travel for team members.- Location: Cannock with occasional travel in UK.
