Elevation are delighted to be partnering with one of the UK's leading independent large area plate stockholders supplying products to major Global markets. As a result of continued business growth, they are now seeking to attract an ambitious, relationship-focusedSales Professionals to join their team.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for the continued development of the Company's naval and marine business, developing multi-functional relationships and managing the customer supply chain.
Sales Executive Role & Responsibilities:

- To build strong relationships between the company, its customer and supplier base.
- To further develop multi-functional relationships with existing and new customers.
- To profitably manage and develop a number of existing accounts which could include specific naval and marine accounts, and broader steel trading business.
- To help deliver profitable growth in your allocated market sectors, working closely with the supplier base to ensure the cost-effective supply and availability of material.
- To work with internal teams to ensure effective and efficient stock management, ensuring supply meets volume and demand.
- To provide regular local market intelligence, customer end use market information and analysis in order to identify new opportunities.
Sales Executive Skills & Experience:

- Open to the environments in which you have worked, experience in a similar "trading" type environment would be useful, e.g. steel, recycling, etc.
- Good technical acumen and commercial flair will also be required, along with strong negotiation and communication skills.
