ITECCOs continued organic growth has allowed us to expand internationally over the last year and we are recruiting again for a Recruitment Consultant ranging from Trainee to seniors to join our Manchester office


In this role you will be specializing in Technology Recruitment within: BI, Data & Analytics, Network & Security, Software & Web Development, Infrastructure & Support, Senior & Executive and ERP & CRM.

Coming into ITECCO, you will be provided with all thenecessary tools, resources, and training to thrive in this role

The Role:

A Recruitment Consultants role is challenging and diverse which involves

  • Using marketing and business knowledge to extend company contacts
  • Evaluating client needs
  • Posting adverts appropriately
  • Negotiating terms of employment
  • Being a mentor to junior consultants
  • Attending recruitment fairs and exhibitions or other business events to network

This role is challenging and demanding role, but arguably the most rewarding In addition to your basic salary, you will earn uncapped commission up to 25% from the second you start doing deals This role is based on merit and will offer you plenty of opportunityto progress into senior roles.
