A Day in the Life of our Sales Manager:

  • Managing a team of Sales Executives, both digital and face to face sales.
  • Assist in recruitment drives and the continued expansion of the department.
  • Coaching our Sales Agents to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • 60% of the sales team time will be on calls to customers, the remainder being speaking to customers in the show room.
  • Reporting to senior management and the board
  • Identifying trends and areas for growth & improvement.
  • Driving performance and motivating your team to reach their desired goals.
  • Being a proud and passionate ambassador of the SuperBike Factory family.

What you'll need to be successful:

  • Experience managing a busy Sales Team.
  • Excited by meeting new people and interacting with our customers.
  • Driven by the Buzz of selling and creating an offering which is right for the customer.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with your team.
  • A passion to inspire your team and drive performance.
  • Driven to achieve your goals and the goals of the business
  • A passion for all things Bikes will go a long way
