**Job Purpose**:
To assist the Compliance Assurance Manager in maintaining AMTIVO’s Management System.

**Accountabilities**:
**Planning**:

- Support the Compliance Assurance Manager in the preparation of our regulators annual visit ensuring it runs effectively and efficiently and meets business and regulatory requirements.
- Support the Compliance Assurance Manager in ensuring compliance-owned policies and procedures are maintained taking into consideration business and regulator change.
- Ensure that audit plans are sufficiently audited throughout the annual period in line with business KPI’s and our regulators requirements as directed by the Compliance Assurance Manager.
- Ensure the business witness assessment program is delivered, supporting its successful delivery.
- Effective Document Control to ensure the flow of information throughout the business is effective.

**Resourcing**:

- Assisting and supporting the departments in the production and distribution of robust and comprehensive supporting materials, resources and guidance for internal stakeholders.

**Delivering**:

- Conduct compliance audits to ensure that internal processes and policies are applied. Highlight any opportunities for improvement to the Compliance Assurance Manager both within the UK and Overseas to ensure continuous improvement across the Group compliance function.
- Support the Compliance Assurance Manager in compliance development and monitoring programmes ensuring they are completed annually with an effective and efficient approach which is consistent and supports the changing needs of the business.

**Reporting**:

- Provide appropriate reports and performance statistics on compliance-related management information, as required by the Compliance Assurance Manager

**Success criteria**:

- BAB is ahead of the game with regards to being able to provide certification services required by the customers in its target markets.
- Best in class supporting materials, resources and guidance for all auditors who deliver audits on behalf of BAB.
- Effective communication with all internal interested parties on compliance process changes.

**Context**:
The CAE is primarily accountable for:

- Supporting the Compliance Assurance Manager in ensuring the Amtivo Management System is supported with appropriate documented information that is always accurate and up to date.
