**JOB PURPOSE**:
As our **Client Coordinator**, you will play an integral role in driving strategic client initiatives, assisting in the development and execution of key projects that contribute to the overall Client Management and growth strategy. You will collaborate with our Client teams across the world, alongside Merchandising, Visual Merchandising and the wider Commercial team to ensure alignment on key initiatives within the Client Management arena.
**This Client Coordinator role is offered on a full time, permanent basis and will be based in our iconic Horseferry Campus in Westminster, London for a minimum of 2/3 days per week.**
**RESPONSBILITIES**:
- Coordinating project activities, meetings and offsites including agendas, minutes, distributing follow-up actions, maintaining an action tracker, and following up with teams on deliverables and updates on the progress
- Preparing and coordinating project presentation decks, ensuring clear and concise communication of project objectives, progress and recommendations
- Supporting and contributing to key Client Management projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring alignment with central strategy and goals
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and departments to ensure the smooth delivery of projects and client initiatives, acting as a liaison between different stakeholders and Global client community
- Providing support to the Client Strategy Manager in preparing growth models and projections for future strategic growth ambitions where required
**PERSONAL PROFILE**:
- Professional experience in project management, coordination or consulting, gained in a commercial organisation
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) and excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite, specifically Excel (intermediate) and PowerPoint
- Passionate about the luxury fashion industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organised, inquisitive and proactive with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Pro-active and collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Comfortable to work in fast paced, dynamic environment
- Fashion/Luxury/Retail experience is an advantage
