To achieve this, we have opportunities for a Customer Service Executive focusing on our Critical Fleets to join our team based in Slough on a full-time, Permanent basis.

Opportunities within our Customer Services team attract a starting salary of £23,000.00 per annum, plus bonus and benefits with the potential to go up to £26,000.00 per annum after your first year and up to £28,000.00 per annum after year three, based on performance.

Key Accountabilities:
- Deliver client specific tasks and processes within agreed SLA.-
- Ensure infleeting and defleeting are managed on a daily basis.- Support to the account managers- Support projects- Work on resolving telematic device issues providing regular reports to the customer.- Supporting supplier invoice queries including raising, challenging and managing escalations- Reconciliation and comparing data from different data sources.

Required knowledge & experience:
- Experience of working in a customer service, shared service centre or contact centre environment, understanding the importance of teamwork in a customer and goal focussed environment.- Good experience of using Excel to a high level- Understanding of fleet and logistics- Experience in dealing with Customers in a front-line environment and/or ability and willingness to learn at a fast pace.- Ability to empathise and build rapport with customers and build strong internal relationships.- Ability to multi-task.- Demonstrate integrity and honesty in all business activity.
