We have an excellent opportunity for a **Female Support Worker** to join our incredible **Supported Living Team.**
- Role: Support Worker
- Pay Rate: £11 Per Hour
- Shifts: Days, 8am - 8pm
- Full-time - 48 hours per week

**Duties Include**
- To support people with disabilities, including individuals with profound and complex needs, using person-centred approaches to enable people to achieve positive outcomes as defined in their support plan.
- Basic daily duties include medication administration, cooking, cleaning, and paperwork.
- To Provide emotional and practical support.
- To support the people in our care to access community facilities and be included in community groups.
- To build a robust relationship with the people in our care to promote independence and improve quality of life.
- To Empower the people in our care to learn new skills or pursue hobbies and interests.

**Person Specifications**
- Must be identified as Female due to the complex needs and requirements of our Service user.
- Minimum of 1 years experience within the care industry, working with individuals with mental health, learning disabilities and complex behaviours.
- Skills gained working with individuals who self-harm would be advantageous.
- The ability to multi-task.
- Good time management, organization, attention to detail and flexibility.
- IT literate.
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude.
- Good Communication Skills.
- You must have a compassionate, caring, positive personality.
- Possess a genuine passion for making a real difference in people’s lives.
- Full UK Driving Licence - Desirable.
- Able to manage challenging behaviour and conflict.
- Works well as part of a team as well as individually.
