Administrator - Hybrid

We’re looking for a proactive Administrator to join our manufacturing client based in Kettering working within their international customer supply team.
This is a temporary assignment for around 6 weeks and due to business requirements, applicants must be immediately available.
**Hours of work**:
- Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 4.00pm with 1 hour for lunch
- 35 hours per week
**Salary and benefits**:
- £11.00 per hour
- Hybrid working pattern, 2 days in the office with one of them being a Wednesday
**Duties and responsibilities**:
- Placing/inputting customer orders onto the system
- Sending despatch paperwork to customers
- Preparing attestations for export into EU countries
- Updating trackers on spreadsheets in Excel
**Skills and experience required**:
- Previous administration experience ideal, however willing to consider someone with strong IT skills
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Communicates with colleagues in a helpful and approachable manner, both verbally and in writing
- Proactive with the ability to use initiative and ask questions where needed
- A team player who is outgoing and can use their initiative
- Confident in the use of MS Office
