- We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Care Advisor to complement our fantastic team at Exertis Supplies.The Customer Care Advisor will be responsible for taking calls from customers who have a query with their order. You will be required to speak to other departments such as sales and the warehouse to resolve queries and report back to your customer with updates and answers. You will be responsible for owning the query from start to finish and managing the customers’ expectations is key to ensuring that they receive excellent service. This role is fully office based working Monday to Friday 9am until 5.30pm with an option for Hybrid working once full training is completed.**Essential Requirements**
- Excellent communication skills, both written and on the telephone.
- Ability to build great internal relationships and work closely with others to resolve customer queries.
- Experience of working in a Customer Care/Services.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise workload and take ownership.
- Excellent customer service skills.
