Showroom Sales Assistant

As a Showroom Sales Assistant, you'll be instrumental in maximizing kitchen appliance sales while delivering exceptional customer service. Building lasting relationships with customers and demonstrating a strong work ethic are essential qualities for this role. Your attention to detail, drive, and energy will contribute to the success of our team.
You will engage with customers, understand their needs and preferences, and offer expert advice to help them select the best appliances for their requirements.
We are seeking a proactive individual with a strong drive to meet personal and store targets, coupled with a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
Full time - 38 hrs per week, 5out of 6 days working (Monday - Saturday)
**Responsibilities**:
- Serving retail customers, offering detailed product information
- Closing sales transactions and managing invoicing
- Handling telephone inquiries promptly and effectively addressing customer issues
- Managing customer service matters and maintaining accurate records
- Ensuring showroom cleanliness and appropriate pricing
- Monitoring supplier orders and providing timely updates to customers
- Assisting with stock management, including filling the showroom and loading/unloading deliveries
- Occasionally performing delivery van duties to cover holidays and overflow days
- Collaborating effectively within the team to achieve collective goals
Previous experience in retail settings and a commitment to exceptional customer service standards is a must.
Knowledge of kitchen appliances or related industry experience is desirable
