With annual sales of approximately £3 million and 45 staff employed, Kingcome Sofas offers a unique opportunity for a hands-on Finance professional to make a real impact.

Job Description
The Financial Controller will be a key member of the leadership team, driving efficiencies to maximise performance and contributing to the company's continued success. Key responsibilities include:
• Preparing monthly management accounts and payroll
• Maintaining personnel and pension records
• Managing credit control and preparing sales invoices
• Preparing annual budget and reporting pack for Colefax Group Plc
• Managing annual audit and corporation tax information
• Periodic sales and profit forecasts for Colefax Group
• Ad hoc responsibilities as required by the business

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Strong leadership experience in an SME environment
• Hands-on operator with commercial acumen
• Friendly personality able to build relationships across the wider business
• Experience partnering with non-finance stakeholders
• Strong technical ability to ensure accurate financial and management reporting

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of around £65,000 per annum, plus 10% bonus and 5% matched pension. You will also enjoy 25 days holiday and access to healthcare benefits.
