Accounting and Finance Graduate Role

This accounting and finance graduate role offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading organization and develop your skills in financial management. As a member of our finance team, you will be responsible for supporting major accounting projects, preparing financial statements, and developing financial models and forecasts. This is a full-time, permanent role offered on a hybrid working basis with three days in the office and two remote.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Support the preparation of financial statements and management accounts.
- Develop and implement financial models and forecasts.
- Collaborate with the finance team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000-£45,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including dedicated training and development, a comprehensive pension scheme, and the opportunity to work with a talented and supportive team. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a 2:1 or higher degree in a relevant subject, such as accounting or finance, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
