**EXERCISE REFERRAL CO-ORDINATOR**

Chilterns Contract (Chesham, Amersham, Chalfont)

Full time position - Excellent salary plus benefits

Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to take on this role and embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week

You will be responsible for co-ordinating the scheme at Bannister Outdoor Sports Centre, which involves motivating, advising and encouraging clients with varied medical conditions and abilities to participate in sports and physical activities. You will also oversee/deliver exercise sessions to referred clients including gym and group exercise sessions

We need an Exercise Referral Co-ordinator who will
- Be Level 3 Exercise Referral qualified
- Have experience in delivering referral assessments linked to the NICE guidance
- Have the ability to motivate and support customers making enjoyable visits
- Have excellent communication skills promoting equality and diversity
- Be able to work independently and manage own work load, achieve targets and support the team
- Create a fun and friendly environment in which you are a role model of professionalism, honesty and integrity as you interact with your team and centre members

This role will require working a variety of shifts and a DBS check to be completed
